If your dog isn't visibly better by Day 30, tell us on WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery and we refund 100% of what you paid for it. No forms, no return shipping — keep the pack.

VitalPaws One Tag. Each tag is made for your dog, so it can't be returned if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll send you a new one free. (Bought the older Geo-Tag before 17 Oct 2026? Its 30-day return still applies.)

Rakhi hamper. The NFC tag can be sent back within 30 days for a ₹299 refund. The rest of the box is used or hand-made with your dog's name, so it is not returnable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 10 business days of approval. For cash-on-delivery orders we'll ask how you'd like to receive it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
