Is There a Discount for VitalPaws Reorders or a Monthly Plan?

Short answer: yes to the discount, no to the subscription. Put 2 or 4 pouches in one order and a per-pouch discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed. There is no auto-charging monthly subscription: nothing is deducted unless you place the order yourself, and our team reminds you before the pouch runs out. The one-month plan includes a Day-25 review call, which is when a dog up to 10 kg has about five days of scoops left.

The reorder discount, in full

You are on the last few scoops. Maybe the potty has firmed up, maybe the scratching has started to ease, and you would rather not pay the single-pouch price all over again. Here is the whole policy, because it is short:

• 2 pouches in one order: a per-pouch discount comes off automatically at checkout.
• 4 pouches in one order: a bigger per-pouch discount, also automatic.
• No code needed. The discount is on quantity, and it applies to any order, first or repeat.

How many pouches make a month for your dog

One 120g pouch holds 15 scoops of the 8 g measuring scoop packed inside it, and the daily dose goes by weight. That is why the discount sits at 2 and at 4: those are the 30-day quantities for a medium and a large dog.

Most of our customers sit in the first row: of the 258 households that have told us their breed, 66% are Shih Tzu homes, so for them one pouch is about a month and the 2-pouch discount is a two-month supply. The full chart, with breed examples, is on the dose guide.

Why there is no auto-charging subscription, and what we do instead

Two worries usually sit underneath this question: can a pouch simply arrive every month, and could money leave my account without my say-so? The answers are no, and no.

There is no subscription that charges you on its own. Every VitalPaws order is one you place yourself, prepaid or cash on delivery. There is no standing mandate on your card or UPI, and no pouch turns up that you did not order. It also means you can change the quantity whenever you like, as a puppy grows into the next weight band or once you know which quantity suits your house.

What replaces the subscription is a reminder and a call. Our team reminds you before the pouch is due to run out, and the one-month plan includes a Day-25 review call to go over how the month went and plan the next one. You make the decision; nobody orders on your behalf. This sits inside the support that comes with each purchase: a Pet Care Expert call within 24 hours, a 1:1 vet teleconsult with Dr. Anvesh Chakravarthy (B.V.Sc & A.H., PetPulse Clinic), check-ins on Days 3, 7, 14 and 21, and a breed WhatsApp group. One practical note: those calls come with orders placed on vitalpaws.in. The same 120g pouch is on amazon.in, but an Amazon order does not get the call.

When to reorder so there is no gap

Delivery is usually within about 5 days of ordering, so the rule of thumb is simple: order when about five days of scoops are left.

• Up to 10 kg: a pouch lasts about 30 days, so reorder around Day 25 — the same day as the review call.
• 11–25 kg: about 15 days a pouch, so reorder around Day 10 — or buy 2 pouches at a time, take the discount, and reorder around Day 25.
• 26 kg and above: about 7 days a pouch. Buy 4 at a time, which is the bigger discount, and reorder a little past three weeks in.

Prepaid orders ship free and cash on delivery is available. You can track a reorder at /apps/aftership, and if the address needs changing, WhatsApp us before dispatch. If a gap happens anyway, do not double up to catch up: a missed day is simply given the next morning at the normal dose.

Is the second pouch worth it? What the timeline says

Reorder questions tend to arrive around Day 20-something, which is the awkward middle of the timeline. The tummy settles first: firmer potty and less gas in the first 1–2 weeks. Scratching and paw-licking ease later, around Day 21–28. 8 out of 10 dog parents notice visible improvement within 3–4 weeks of daily use, and the gut keeps improving after Day 30, which is what the 60-day program is for; a long-standing itch may need the full 60 days. For a dog up to 10 kg that window falls inside the first pouch; for an 11–25 kg dog on 15-day pouches it lands in the second.
